Broadway Beginners Session Two

August 3-14, 2020, 9am-12pm OR 9am-3pm at Westbrook High School

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Ages 4-9; $195 half day OR $375 full day

Nicole Palmer

Nicole Palmer currently teaches Theater and English at Ellington High School in Ellington, CT. She also co-advises/directs the award-winning Ellington High School Opening Knight Players, Ellington's high school theater troupe. She graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor's in English, a minor in Theater, and a Masters in Education. Born and raised in Old Saybrook, Nicole has worked with the Community Music School for the past nine years on many Broadway Bound shows. This will be her third year working with Broadway Beginners, and she couldn't be more excited!
