Faculty Concert

The incredible professional musicians/teachers of Community Music School will perform a variety of selections on a variety of instruments and voice.  Among the many performers featured on the program are voice faculty member Cynthia Eggers, pianist Gabriel Landstedt, pianist/percussionist Tom Briggs, guitarist Nick Ford, saxophonist Colette hall, clarinetist Andy Sherwood, trombonist Matt Murphy, and trumpeter (and school founder) Paddy Hurley.

In honor of America’s 250th, the afternoon concludes with 15 faculty members performing a fantastic new arrangement by CMS Music Director Tom Briggs of  “Simple Gifts” as it appeared in Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring.   You won’t want to miss this incredible concert that always fills up!  CMS is deeply appreciative of Jeffrey Mehler, CFP, for his firm’s sponsorship of the event.
